German TV-Series. The detectives Thorsten Falke and Julia Grosz try to check out the identity of a man who is suspected to be responsible of war crimes. During the investigation, a suspect is hurt lethally.

When their superiors find out that shots have been fired from Falke’s pistol, he and his colleague Grosz get in the focus of internal affairs and have to prove their innocence. Who has an interest in the young victim’s death? Are the two detectives being used as scapegoats? Why are both of their stories contradicting?
